DESCRIPTION:Primary Purpose:  To consider a report on financial information and options for responding to rates increases for the 21/22 year. \nDue to COVID-19 restrictions this meeting will be held via video conference.  All members participating will count for the purpose of the meeting quorum in accordance with clause 25B of Schedule 7 to the Local Government Act 2002.
