DESCRIPTION:Purpose: To consider the use of further Government stimulus funding for Wellington Water Ltd operating expenditure in 2021/22 financial year. \nUnder the RED traffic light setting all Council\, Community Board and Committee meetings will continue to be held via video conference. All members participating will count for the purpose of the meeting quorum in accordance with clause 25B of Schedule 7 to the Local Government Act 2002.
