SWDC has accepted a request for a Private Plan Change to the Wairarapa Combined District Plan from The Orchards Limited Partnership for the Orchards Retirement Village in Greytown.
Submissions have been received. Council now call for further submissions. More information, including copies of the further submission form, is available here from Council offices and the Greytown Library.
Further submissions can be made by sending an electronic submission to South Wairarapa District Council at PO Box 6, Martinborough, or depositing it with one of the Council Library staff by 4pm on Wednesday 3 July 2019.
