A number of upcoming swimming events mean there will be temporary changes to the opening hours at two of our outdoor pools. Please check the dates for summer 2026 below so you don’t get caught out.

Featherston Pool

• Wed 4 Feb, EARLY CLOSURE at 5pm | Kia Hakinakina Kids Triathlon
• Sun 22 Feb, EARLY CLOSURE at 4pm | Featherston Swim Club Meet
• Tue 3 Mar, CLOSED 9am-2pm (back-up date Thu 5 Mar) | Featherston Clusters Swimming Sports
• Sun 15 Mar, 12pm-4pm | Dogs in Togs Event! (The pool is OPEN, but only for the doggos!)

Martinborough Pool

• Thu 5 Mar, CLOSED 9am-1pm | Martinborough School Swimming Sports

Greytown Pool

• Thu 12 Feb, CLOSED 10am-2pm | Kuranui College Swimming Sports
• Sun 15 Feb, EARLY CLOSURE at 4.30pm (back-up date Sun 22 Feb) | Greytown Swim Club Meet
• Tue 24 Feb, CLOSED 9.30am-2pm (back-up date Thu 26 Feb) | Greytown School Swimming Sports
• Sat 7 Mar, 12pm-4pm | Greytown End of Summer Community Day (The pool is OPEN, but be prepared for a busy day, with entry dependant at times on capacity limits.)
