PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to section 342(1)(a) of the Local Government Act 1974 and the tenth Schedule thereto the South Wairarapa District Council proposes to stop the road described in the
schedule to this notice.

SCHEDULE Wellington Land District

Description: 608m2 adjoining Wairarapa Line (Memorial Proc 29355). The portion of road forms part of Brandon Street, and when stopped will be vested in the KiwiRail Wairarapa Line corridor. A copy of SO Plan 618894 and other supporting information is available here, here and here.
