Roadworks on South Street / West Street intersection in Greytown, 2 September

Residents advised not to park on street on Tuesday 2 September between 6pm and 12am

Road maintenance and resurfacing work will take place at the intersection of South Street and West Street in Greytown on Tuesday 2 September between 6pm to 12am.

The work will include milling and asphalting and will be postponed until the next suitable day, in the event of bad weather.

The contractor, Fulton Hogan, asks residents to please not park on the street for the duration of the roadworks. If cars are in the way of roadworks, they may need to be towed. Cars that need to be towed are required to be left in the nearest available park. If your car is missing, please check nearby streets before calling the contractor of the works.

Please warn children of the dangers of roadworks and ensure that they are kept away from the works. Please also keep pets indoors while the work is taking place.

If the contractor needs to return to clean up, a news notice will be posted to let you know.
