Our friends at Chance 4 Change are hosting a free community giveaway day this Sunday 7 December, 11am-1pm, at Cherry Tree Park, 56 Fitzherbert Street, in Featherston.

Chance 4 Change will be giving away free microchipping for cats and dogs, as well as pet food and extra goodies for you to take home.

Our Animal Control will be at this community event and available to assist with any dog registration or dog related queries.

Chance 4 Change, a not-for-profit dog rescue based in Wellington, is holding this special giveaway day because they know the need for support is growing, especially with the cost-of-living pressures near Christmas.
