This public notice is to advise that at the Council meeting on 8 October 2025 South Wairarapa District Council adopted the Cape Palliser Paper Road Access Bylaw 2025 to come into force on 1 December 2025.

The Bylaw will be in place for two years until 30 November 2027. The Bylaw will be available to view on the Council website from 17 October: Local legislation and bylaws

Hard copies will be available for inspection at council offices (at no cost) from 1 December 2025. Council’s temporary location is at Martinborough Library, Texas Street.
