Motorists are advised to take care when travelling on Pahaoa Road following this week’s high winds, which have resulted in trees falling on Pahaoa Road, approximately six kilometres from the Glendhu and Pahaoa road intersection.  

The fallen trees took down powerlines, which will not be able to be removed until Powerco has examined the situation.
