Morning update for Greytown and Featherston residents: Please continue to restrict your water use to essential needs only and to avoid any garden watering for the time being. Please limit showers to three minutes.

Note that the outdoor watering use ban remains in place for Martinborough.

Featherston and Greytown supplies were severely affected on Thursday night after a power cut interrupted supply following a planned water shutdown.

Thank you to all residents who are responding to the request to cut back water use, especially outdoors, and to the Greytown Fire Service for helping spread the word.
