Pursuant to section 156(2)(a) of the Local Government Act, the South Wairarapa District Council hereby notifies that the following minor changes to Bylaws were approved at its meeting of 31 July 2013:

 

South Wairarapa Consolidated Bylaw 13 (Traffic)

Schedule 1L Restricted Parking Areas
The following areas are restricted to continuous parking of a maximum 10 minutes:

• The parking space outside 21 Fitzherbert Street, Featherston (the Kia-Ora Dairy), being legally described as Part Section 148 Town of Featherston and held within Certificate of Title WN343/208.

(Note:  The Consolidated Bylaws will be in effect on 1 September 2013 and will be available after that time at swdc.testserver.co.nz/policies-plans-and-bylaws.)

 

Camping in Coastal Areas Bylaw 2009

• Include part of Lot 2 DP 70767 (the Ngawi surf breaks area) to Schedule 1- Public Places, and as an approved camping area in schedule 2- Camping Areas. 
• Reduce the South Tora Reserve camping area in Schedule 2 to protect the delicate southern end of the reserve.
