Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is advising motorists that State Highway 2 over the Remutaka Hill need to be ready for upcoming night closures for essential maintenance.
The closures will be for 10 nights over two weeks, beginning Sunday,14 May (excluding Friday and Saturday nights).
Closure Schedule:
- 9 pm to 4 am nightly – Sunday, 14 May to Friday morning, 19 May
- 9 pm to 4 am nightly – Sunday, 21 May to Friday morning, 26 May
