STEP 1: Before you pay for your LIM Report you must fill out an application form:

LIM processing will start as follows:

Same working day – if the completed application form is received in our system AND the proof of payment of the correct fee is received BEFORE 12pm (noon)
Next working day – if either the completed application form or the proof of payment are received AFTER 12pm (noon)

Working days do not include Saturday and Sunday, Wellington Anniversary Day, Waitangi Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, King’s Birthday, Te Rā Aro ki a Matariki/Matariki Observance Day, or Labour Day. If Waitangi Day or Anzac Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday is not a working day.

Note: LIMs will not be processed between 20 December and 10 January.
