Proposed changes to the District Plan – submissions welcome

Masterton District Council, Carterton District Council and South Wairarapa District Council have prepared Proposed Plan Changes 6 (Residential Accessory Building Rule Clarification), 7 (Second Dwelling – Rural Primary Production) and 8 (Greytown Re-zoning – West St) to the Combined Wairarapa District Plan.

Masterton District Council is coordinating the plan change process and the individual plan change documents can be found here:

Submissions must follow Form 5 of the RMA:
