South Wairarapa District Council is deeply saddened to confirm that a member of the public has passed away following a medical event during the Thursday 1 October Council meeting, which had been adjourned prior to the event.

Council extends its deepest condolences to the person’s family and loved ones. We also thank the emergency services who were present.
