This Saturday, we’re inviting the Greytown community to join us for a workshop to provide feedback on the decisions we’re asking for as part of the 2024/25 Enhanced Annual Plan consultation.
Greytown Town Centre (the library building) | Saturday 6 April | 10.30am – 12pm
It’s important for South Wairarapa communities to have their say about the proposals included in the consultation document, which will be made available on Friday 5 April. The three decisions are;
- How much should we spend on operating and maintaining our water services?
- How should we charge for water use?
- How should we pay for the replacement of our assets?
Hosted by both elected members and Council staff, workshop attendees will have the opportunity to join a conversation around each decision, and then rotate onto the next one.
The 2024-25 Enhanced Annual Plan will form the budget for the upcoming year, and includes how rates are set. More information can be found at: https://swdc.govt.nz/enhanced-annual-plan/
We ask you join us by 10.30am to make the most of the time. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided. Please RSVP by hitting ‘Going’ on this event invitation.
