Update as at 21 October 2015

We have nearly completed the processing of the consultation returns; we will close off the processing after receipt of the mail today, 21 October.

Following close off and final data entry, we will review and check the information loaded into the database for accuracy, this includes the questions asked and any comments made. This is quite a time consuming task as I am sure you will all appreciate, however it is important this information and analysis is accurate.

Those wishing to present their submission in person to Council will be contacted shortly to arrange a timeslot on Wednesday 4 November (the 5 November is not required).

The agenda and report for the hearings will be available next week, we will not be releasing any information prior to this to allow sufficient time to ensure accuracy.
