Greytown Town Centre – which houses Greytown Library – is getting some TLC to complete the underfloor structural work. This work will take place between Tuesday 1 September and Friday 4 September.

Greytown Library will remain open during the construction period, however there will be some disruption with noise at times from the ongoing works and very limited meeting and parking spaces available.

This is what people visiting the building and library during this time can expect:

• Parking will be significantly reduced, with the library carparking spaces occupied by contractor vehicles, a skip bin and delivery trucks. Customers are asked to use the nearby on-street parking.
• The mobility carpark will still be available.
• Expect possible construction noise. Some of the work will be disruptive (but wherever possible this will be completed before the library opens at 9.30am).
• The WBS room will be unavailable for public use.
