Notice: Rates notice delays

Today we have been advised by our mail processing partner that NZ Post are experiencing staff shortages due to Covid-19 and flu. This is causing delivery delays of up to five working days.

Rates notices that were posted out on Monday 25 July may therefore not be delivered until Monday 1 August. These are instalment one notices, which are due to be paid by 22 August,

If you normally receive your rates notice by post, and would like to get an emailed copy instead, please email and we will reply with your notice. We also ask that you consider changing your delivery method to email, as this avoids similar delays in future and helps reduce Council postage costs.
