If you plan to apply for an excess water invoice waiver, get in touch with us by 20 August

If you have been sent an invoice for excess water use and plan to apply for a waiver, please get in touch with us now (before 20 August) so the water team can defer late payment penalties while applications are being considered.

To find out if you qualify for a waiver, you can find more information on the Council website.

All excess water use invoices are due for payment by Thursday 20 August and waiver applications must be sent to us by this date. All you need to do at this stage is let us know that you plan to apply for a waiver.

We are unable to accept waiver applications after 20 August so please send us a letter now outlining why you may have excess water use.
