Martinborough community drop-in sessions

The Martinborough Community Board (MCB) and the Martinborough Access Reference Group (MARG) are encouraging residents to take part in a series of informal community drop-in sessions this week, providing an opportunity to discuss local priorities, ideas and challenges facing the Martinborough Ward.

The sessions coincide with two community surveys currently underway. The MCB is seeking feedback on community preparedness and resilience. The survey aims to build a better understanding of how prepared the community is for emergencies, identify common concerns and help inform future resilience planning and advocacy. Take the surveys here.

Meanwhile, MARG is gathering feedback on how Martinborough Square and the surrounding town centre function for residents and visitors. The survey explores what people value most about the square as well as opportunities for improvement. Feedback will help shape a range of concepts that will be tested with the community before recommendations are provided to Council for future consideration. Take the survey here.

Residents are invited to drop in, share their views and learn more at the Supper Room, Martinborough:
