Even good dogs need paperwork and with annual registration fees coming up, we’re giving all dog owners a friendly reminder now to keep an eye out for their fees notice.
We will be posting and emailing all dog registration fees out in the first week of June for payment between 1 and 31 July. Please read on and scroll down to see how and where to pay.

Payment can be made in each of the main towns in South Wairarapa and also by mail or online.
Where and how to pay your annual pup’s dog registration fee:
- The Council office on 19 Kitchener Street in Martinborough
- Featherston Library
- Greytown Library
- In the post, using the form sent to you in early June
- Online payments can be made at Pay for Dog Registration – SWDC
How to go paperless and receive fees by email
If you would prefer to receive your dog fees via email instead of by post, please let us know. You can call us at South Wairarapa District Council office, phone 06 306 9611, or send us an email to: reg@swdc.govt.nz
Tags will be posted
Dog tags will be sent by post within 10 working days of payment being cleared and processed.
Please keep your dog safe, happy and registered.
