Council adopted a schedule of meetings for 2015 on the 15 October 2015. This schedule has subsequently been adopted by the community boards and meeting times set. The Māori Standing Committee have set the date and time of their first meeting as 6pm, 9 February 2015 with further meetings for the year to be determined at that meeting.
Please note the following changes to the schedule below:
- Council will now meet on the 4 February 2015, not the 28 January 15 as shown, other details remain the same.
- Policy and Finance Committee will now meet on the 4 February 2015, not the 28 January 15 as shown, other details remain the same.
