We are likely to be in Alert Level 3 on Wednesday 1 September. Here’s the transfer station situation at Level 3.

• At Level 3 the Martinborough, Masterton, Carterton, Castlepoint and Riversdale transfer stations are OPEN for general waste.
• They are NOT open for recycling due to reduced processing capacity.
• They are NOT open for green waste (this is planned for Level 2).
• Card payments only accepted – no cash.
• Masks must be worn at all times

Please be aware of potential traffic issues if large numbers of people attempt to drop off waste at the same time. If there is a long queue at the transfer station, consider coming back at another time.
