Chief Executive resigns

The Mayor of the South Wairarapa District Council, Martin Connelly announced the resignation of its Chief Executive, Harry Wilson today. Mr. Wilson is to cease employment with the Council as at Friday 5 May for personal reasons and to pursue other interests.

Mayor Connelly thanked Mr. Wilson for his service to the Council since he commenced in the role on 1 July 2019. He expressed gratitude to Mr. Wilson for the work that he had undertaken during this period and, on behalf of all the Councillors, wished him all the best for the future.
