The government’s Three Waters Reform Programme will be the topic of the extraordinary meeting to be held at the Waihinga Centreat 3.30pm on 19 August. Council will be reviewing the Memorandum of Understanding and Funding Agreement proposed by Central Government and deciding whether to sign it.
