10.10.2017 – Featherston Water Supply

There was a major water main pipe break last night which caused some water to be lost to Boar Bush stream.  The supply was not interrupted and the break was completely isolated.  The pipe will be repaired today.

The water level in the tanks dropped lower than normal which has caused some sediment to be disturbed and enter the network.  We recommend that you run your tap first to flush the sediment out.
