The 2018-28 Long Term Plan is Council’s key strategic planning document, and has been developed in consultation with the community.  Council has a Long Term Plan Working Party made up of the Mayor, councillors, community board and Māori Standing Committee members.  Sector group meetings have also been held with stakeholder groups in our community. 

After hearing and deliberating on 182 submissions, on the 27 June Council adopted the Long Term Plan 18/28.
