A special Council meeting to discuss Wellington/Wairarapa governance will be held on Friday 23 November 2012 at 3.00 pm.  The meeting will be held in the South Wairarapa District Council Chambers, 19 Kitchener Street, Martinborough.

Public participation is welcome and members of the public can make a contribution during the first 30 minutes on matters falling within the terms of reference of that meeting. If you wish to participate at a meeting contact Suzanne Clark, Committee Secretary on 306 9611 two clear working days prior to the meeting.

The agenda will be available for inspection two days before the meeting takes place at the Featherston and Greytown libraries, the Council reception in Martinborough and our website.
