South Wairarapa District Council has received 182 submissions on its 2018-28 Long Term Plan Consultation Document.  The Plan addressed Council’s key priorities and set out the proposed major projects and services over the next 10 years. 

On the 14-15 May the Mayor and councillors heard 63 different groups speak to their submission.  Due to the volume of material needing to be considered an additional meeting was held on the 21 May.  One further meeting has been scheduled on the 29 May to complete deliberations.  Following completion of deliberations the final LTP will be adopted on the 27 June 18.
