Private Plan Change 3858 Decision issued 15 February 2012
In accordance with Clause 10 of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991, Private Plan Change 3858 has been approved by the South Wairarapa District Council. This Plan Change has legal effect under section 86(B) of the RMA, though is not fully operative until appeals (if any) are resolved. The Plan Change rezones land to the South of Greytown (Lots 1-3 DP 384708 and Lots 1 and 2 DP 419976, corner of Bidwills Cutting Road and SH2) from rural to industrial, and adds some rules to the District Plan to manage the new industrial zone. Appeals to this decision must be lodged by 30 March 2012.
