South Wairarapa District Council has appointed a Independent Hearings Commissioner under Delegated Authority to consider the Fresh Choice application – 220081 at 134 Main Street.

A hearing has been scheduled to assist in determining the resource consent application as follows:

The hearing is a formal semi-judicial process, but will be conducted as informally as possible, consistent with the procedures specified in the Resource Management Act 1991. All parties will have a fair and reasonable opportunity to present their submissions.
