On Wednesday 24 April, we’re hosting community drop-in session around the 2024-25 Enhanced Annual Plan. Whether you’re familiar with the consultation document or not, you simply need to have an interest in our community and how we make plans for the future. This is an opportunity for you to pop in for a cuppa and chat with some of our elected members and council staff about what’s outlined in the document and what it means for you. Your questions, opinions and feedback will be heard and valued.

This year, we are proposing a total rates increase of 15.3% for South Wairarapa. There are three decisions to be made which will help determine the budget for the next financial year, including how rates are set. It’s important for the South Wairarapa communities to have their say, so join us on Wednesday and provide your feedback.
