Book an Appointment with the Building or Planning Team

If you wish to talk to the Building Team or Planning & Resource team, you can use the appointment booking system below.

You will need to have a certain amount of detail and documentation with you for the meeting as these appointments are not designed for general enquiries. eg. for the Building Team you will need to bring Plans, including some details of what you propose to do.

Many of your questions can be answered from the pages on this website, or you might like to email the administrator of a Council department.

You will receive an automated acknowledgement once your request is submitted. This is not a confirmation of your meeting.

We can meet with you in person or online, depending on what suits you best. In-person meetings will be held at the Council offices, 19 Kitchener Street, Martinborough.

Your request will be reviewed by the relevant team(s). If availability is confirmed, a meeting invitation either in person or online will be emailed to you within three working days.

If your request is urgent, or if you need a meeting within the next three working days, please call us on 063069611 to check staff availability.
