Book an Appointment with the Building or Planning Team

If you wish to talk to the Building Team or Planning & Resource team, you can use the appointment booking system below.

You will need to have a certain amount of detail and documentation with you for the meeting as these appointments are not designed for general enquiries. eg. for the Building Team you will need to bring Plans, including some details of what you propose to do.

Many of your questions can be answered from the pages on this website, or you might like to email the administrator of a Council department.

*Please note the Martinborough Office (19 Kitchener Street) is currently closed for public meetings and we are only able to hold meetings online.

You will receive an automated acknowledgement once your request is submitted. This is not a confirmation of your meeting.

Your request will be reviewed by the relevant team(s), and if availability is confirmed, an online meeting invitation will be sent to you via email within three working days.
