This report has been prepared to consolidate the work and recommendations of the Wairarapa Governance Review Working Party (WGRWP) for consideration by each of the three Wairarapa councils it represents. The focus of the WGRWP’s work, and this report, is the future council governance and representation arrangements for Wairarapa.
