Message from Metlink:

From 1 July, those with a Community Services Card can apply for the Community Connect Concession giving a 50% discount on public transport.

Metlink Ambassadors will be roving between all South Wairarapa libraries for the month of July to support people with this new initiative. They’ll be giving away free Snapper cards to those with a Community Services Card and educating people about usage.

South Wairarapa drop-in sessions:

Featherston Library
Tuesdays from 2.30pm – 5.00pm on 4, 11, 18, 25 July

Thursdays from 9.30am – midday on 6, 13, 20, 27 July

Greytown Library
Wednesdays from 9.30am – 1.00pm on 5, 12, 19, 26 July

Martinborough Library
Thursdays from 1pm – 5.00pm on 6, 13, 20, 27 July
